The company, which has spent more than 20 years betting on its own R+D+i in machining and industrial automation, received the “Metal 22 Award” on April 27, in the Innovation category, recognition of the work carried out during his long career as a hallmark.
The founder of the company, Antonio Ruiz, received the award and thanked all his team and authorities who attended the event and promised to follow the same path that is giving such good results.
During the event, parents and players had the opportunity to learn about the process of creating industrial machines carried out by the company in its sector, recently awarded in various competitions on technological innovation.
The small athletes were enthusiastic about the visit and with great interest in the activities carried out by the company.
Taking advantage of this visit, both entities renewed their collaboration agreement for one more year.
The objective of this agreement is to promote and serve schoolchildren in the municipality who are at risk of exclusion for economic reasons, thus favoring the practice of sports during the 2021-2022 school year.
The company undertakes to grant scholarships to three schoolchildren who fulfill the purpose of the agreement, thus demonstrating its solidarity and commitment in difficult times, so that everyone has the opportunity to practice sports.
Matriruiz, S.L., with the support of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia and the European Regional Development Fund, carries out the project of “Support Program for Productive and Technological Investments Covid-19”. The main objective of the project has been to improve the production process with new technology, allowing the company to develop products at the forefront of the sector, adapting to the Covid-19 situation.
