The head SPIDER HEAD LINER can be easily assembled to any production line by exchanging the traditional lining system so the rest of the elements of the line can be kept, such as liner or oven.

It is basically a delta robot accordingly adapted and developed by Matriruiz able to draw any geometric shape at linear speed.

In addition, this system adds an automatic cleaning system for the injector avoiding the creation of dirtiness in the nozzle. It also has a recipient filled with alimentary oil where the nozzle of the injector rests during the stops in order to maintain in good conditions the compound.

All the parameters of the system, such as width, length, radius… can be adjusted in the touch screen to ensure a good lining.
