The ZVision system is composed of a vision sensor with camera of 1.2 Mpx and a led illumination system with domo flash to be installed after the lining and before the oven.

The target is to avoid having an oven full of defective ends.

The system will detect, depending on the configuration, a defective compound application and small defects of minimum 0.5 mm.

The end will be rejected after the oven exit through air.

In case there is an important number of defective neds continuously or in a time interval to set, the system will stop.
