The Spider Head Liner is a high-precision lining system based on a three-arm delta robot, fully designed and patented by our company.
It has been developed specifically for compound application on metal lids, ensuring constant linear speed and uniform pressure, resulting in a stable, repeatable application with maximum quality.

Intelligent Automatic Cleaning System
To guarantee production continuity and prevent blockages, the Spider Head Liner integrates an automatic cleaning system consisting of:
- Cleaning brush
- Purge station
- Water tank with automatic pumping
Configurable automatic cycle
At configurable time intervals:
- The head automatically moves to the cleaning station.
- The nozzle passes through the brush.
- Compound purging is performed.
- The nozzle passes the brush again before returning to the application position.
This process prevents build-up and maintains application stability.
Injector Protection During Line Stops
During production stoppages:
- The nozzle is positioned inside the water tank.
- Air entry into the injector is prevented.
- Compound drying inside the injector is avoided.
Before resuming production, the system automatically executes the cycle:
brush → purge → brush, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Intuitive Control Interface
The equipment features a touchscreen where the main parameters can be configured, including:
- Width, length and radius of the application
- Cleaning parameters
- Working height
- Different offsets to ensure proper application
Configuration is quick and allows adaptation to different lid formats.
