Máquina Engomadora DL500
The DL500 Liner Machine is based on the SL250 model, incorporating the same application and control technology, but configured in a double-lane production system to significantly increase line capacity.
The system integrates end movement and compound application within a single machine, allowing simultaneous operation on two parallel end lanes.
The process begins with two independent feeders, each composed of three knives positioner, ensuring end flatness and proper presentation on each lane. The ends are then transported by precision endless conveyor belts beneath their respective Spider Head Liner application heads.
Compound application is performed with constant linear speed and uniform pressure, ensuring high regularity and bead stability on both lanes. The injector follows the movement of each end during the process, allowing the lining operation to be completed in a single cycle.
The estimated working speed is up to 500 ends per minute (depending on format and configuration), distributed across both lanes.
The machine incorporates the same automatic cleaning system as the Spider Head Liner..

Automatic Cleaning System
Each head is equipped with a system consisting of:
- Cleaning brush
- Purge station
- Water tank with automatic pumping
At configurable time intervals:
- The head moves to the cleaning station.
- The nozzle passes through the brush.
- Compound purging is performed.
- The nozzle passes the brush again before returning to the application position.
During production stops:
- The nozzle is positioned in the water tank.
- Air ingress and compound drying inside the injector are prevented.
- Before restarting production, the brush → purge → brush cycle is executed.
This system maintains process stability and minimizes manual intervention.
